Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted infrastructure provider with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Third-Party Sharing
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used only for the purpose of delivering and improving our cleaning services.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our website and to measure form submission outcomes. This helps us improve site performance and the overall user experience. Website browsing data is collected anonymously. When you submit a quote request, we record a one-way hashed identifier (not your raw email address) in our analytics system solely to track submission success or failure — your email is never stored in or transmitted to our analytics provider.
Email Notifications
When you submit a quote request, your contact details are sent to the business owner via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. This notification is used solely to follow up on your request.
