Estimates

Online quotes provided through our website are estimates only. Final pricing may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the property and the specific scope of work required.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

Access

Customers must provide a reliable entry method at the scheduled time of service. If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be marked as a missed visit.

Payment

We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Liability

Martinez Cleaning Services takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property. Please notify us of any fragile or high-value items before service begins so we can take appropriate care.
